RICS Level 3 Building Survey
Recommended for:

This is the most comprehensive survey available and provides:

Help to Buy Valuations
If you purchased your property using the Help to Buy Equity Loan scheme and are looking to redeem or staircase your loan, you'll require a RICS-compliant Help to Buy Valuation.
Help to Buy valuations are typically valid for three months.
The valuation includes:
- Inspection by a qualified local surveyor.
- Property assessment and photographic evidence.
- Comparable sales analysis.
- Full valuation report prepared in accordance with RICS Red Book Standards.
Private Valuations
Private valuations can be arranged for a variety of purposes.
