I am a CeMap qualified, Mortgage Broker with 20+ years industry experience. My passion is to ensure that as a business I/we understand our individual client requirements, delivering excellent solutions and providing a great customer service experience.
As a practising Mortgage Broker, I also work with clients to understand their individual mortgage requirements. Researching the most appropriate schemes to suit and provide personalised research that will meet individual requirements and fit both the criteria and the affordability calculations of the lenders.
Personal interests
I love most sports, including rugby and football. Music is also a real passion and I love going to gigs, listening to live music and collecting vinyl.
I am married, and have 3 dogs, a boxer, miniature schnauzer, and a young Labrador. With 3 dogs to walk and 4 grown up children we are generally kept busy with life.

I have been working in the mortgage industry for the past 25 years having started as a receptionist working for a mortgage packager and moving onto various roles within the mortgage industry including as an underwriter for various lenders and most recently as a mortgage paraplanner for a mortgage broker. I have a full understanding of the mortgage process from start to finish seeing mortgages through to completion.
I am fully CeMAP qualified and have been delighted to have recently joined the team at My Mortgage & Protection Experts as a Mortgage Advisor/Mortgage Paraplanner.
I pride myself in the service I provide as I believe this is the key to excellent customer service ensuring all clients receive the smoothest mortgage journey possible.
In my spare time, I like to spend quality time with my family, I enjoy cooking. I also speak Punjabi.

My name is Viv and I have been working for My Mortgage & Protection Experts for the last 7 years.
I joined the Company as a Call Centre Operator and have recently been promoted to Operations Manager. I find my new role within the Company enjoyable and rewarding, being able to assist clients and colleagues to obtain the best results moving forward daily. This includes making sure that as a Company we offer the best service possible to our clients now and in the future.
I am likely to be one of the first people you will speak to going through the process of your application and will do all I can to make sure that you are confident, reassured and fully understand the process of a mortgage commitment as it will probably be the biggest financial commitment you will make.
In my previous employment in the emergency services for 20 years, I gained a vast amount of experience learning that we all come from different backgrounds and differing situations in life. However, the most important lesson learnt was that no matter how many times you as an individual deal with an issue, others/your clients may be approaching the situation for the first time.
Therefore, treating everybody as an individual, listening to their side and making them your top priority is vitally important. Treating others as you would want to be treated, showing them support, knowledge, kindness and reassurance always.

Experienced insurance paraplanner and administrator. Supporting the Insurance Advisers and responsible for all aspects of related research for life assurance and home insurance. Assisting with applications and processing of client applications though to on-risk.
Personal Interests
Enjoy playing bowls and have won National competitions at the Bowls Championships at Leamington Spa. Biggest achievement playing for England Ladies. Horse racing is another big hobby, however both may have to take a step back as new mum to be. Currently on maternity leave.

About Sophie
Senior Mortgage Paraplanner, my main duties are to provide personalised research to suit our client’s needs and requirements. Ensuring that research meets the needs of the client and fit’s the criteria and affordability calculations of the lenders.
Administering Mortgage Agreements in Principle / Decisions in Principle and full mortgage applications and providing a quick and efficient Mortgage Offer is my key responsibility and goal.
I have worked in the industry for the last 6 years and am fully equipped and experiences to provide our clients with the best service available.
Personal interests
I am very family orientated, when not working, I am most probably spending time with my niece and nephews. I enjoy going on dates with my boyfriend and socialising with friends.
I do not generally have time to do much else.
