As a practising Mortgage & Protection Broker, I also work with clients to understand their individual requirements. Researching the most appropriate schemes and products to suit and provide personalised research.
Personal interests
I love most sports, including rugby and football. Music is also a real passion, and I love going to gigs, listening to live music and collecting vinyl.
I am married, and have 2 dogs, a boxer and a Labrador. With 2 dogs to walk and 4 grown up children we are generally kept busy with life.

I am fully CeMAP qualified and I am delighted to be part of the team at My Mortgage & Protection Experts as a Mortgage Advisor.
I have worked in the mortgage industry for 25 + years starting as a receptionist working for a mortgage packager and moving onto various roles within the mortgage industry including as an underwriter for various lenders and most recently as a mortgage paraplanner for a mortgage broker. I have a full understanding of the mortgage process from start to finish seeing mortgages through to completion.
I pride myself in the service I provide as I believe this is the key to excellent customer service ensuring all clients receive the smoothest mortgage journey possible.
In my spare time, I like to spend quality time with my family and my cat Mittens, I enjoy cooking. I also speak Punjabi.

My name is Viv and I have been working for My Mortgage & Protection Experts for the last 9 years.
I joined the Company as a Call Centre Operator and was promoted to Operations Manager 2 years ago. I find this role within the Company enjoyable and rewarding, being able to assist clients and colleagues to obtain the best results moving forward daily. This includes making sure that as a Company we offer the best service possible to our clients now and in the future.
I am likely to be one of the first people you will speak to going through the process of your application and will do all I can to make sure that you are confident, reassured and fully understand the process of a mortgage commitment as it will probably be the biggest financial commitment you will make.
In my previous employment in the emergency services for 20 years, I gained a vast amount of experience learning that we all come from different backgrounds and differing situations in life. However, the most important lesson learnt was that no matter how many times you as an individual deal with queries / issues that may come your way to your clients they may be approaching the situation for the first time.
Therefore, treating everybody as an individual, listening to their side and making them your top priority is vitally important. Treating others as you would want to be treated, showing them support, knowledge, kindness and reassurance always.

I am an experienced insurance paraplanner and administrator, having been in the role for around 10 years. I support the Insurance Adviser, and I am responsible for all aspects of related research for life assurance and home insurance, plus assist with the processing of client applications though to on risk.
Personal Interests
I enjoy playing bowls and have won National competitions at the Bowls Championships at Leamington Spa.
My biggest achievement playing for England Ladies. Horse racing is another big hobby; however, both have had to take a slight step back as I am now a mother of two young children Tommy and Elsie, who tend to take up much of my time.

Senior Mortgage Paraplanner, my main duties are to provide personalised research to suit our client’s needs and requirements. Ensuring that research meets the needs of the client and fit’s the criteria and affordability calculations of the lenders.
Administering Mortgage Agreements in Principle / Decisions in Principle and full mortgage applications and providing a quick and efficient Mortgage Offer is my key responsibility and goal.
I have worked in the industry for the last 10 years and am fully equipped and experienced to provide our clients with the best service available.
Personal interests
I’m a family-oriented person who loves spending quality time with the people who matter most. When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me with my two children, embracing the busy, joyful chaos that comes with mum life. I also enjoy going on dates with my boyfriend and catching up with friends whenever I can. With a full schedule and a full heart, I don’t often have time for much else—but I wouldn’t have it any other way.
