As a practising Mortgage Broker, I also work with clients to understand their individual mortgage requirements. Researching the most appropriate schemes to suit and provide personalised research that will meet individual requirements and fit both the criteria and the affordability calculations of the lenders.
Personal interests
I love most sports, including rugby and football. Music is also a real passion and I love going to gigs, listening to live music and collecting vinyl.
I am married, and have 3 dogs, a boxer, miniature schnauzer, and a young Labrador. With 3 dogs to walk and 4 grown up children we are generally kept busy with life.

Senior Insurance Paraplanner
Experienced insurance paraplanner and administrator. Supporting the Insurance Advisers and responsible for all aspects of related research for life assurance and home insurance. Assisting with applications and processing of client applications though to on-risk.
Personal Interests
Enjoy playing bowls and have won National competitions at the Bowls Championships at Leamington Spa. Biggest achievement playing for England Ladies. Horse racing is another big hobby, however both may have to take a step back as new mum to be. Currently on maternity leave.
Sophie Flanagan
Senior Mortgage Paraplanner
Senior Mortgage Paraplanner, my main duties are to provide personalised research to suit our client’s needs and requirements. Ensuring that research meets the needs of the client and fit’s the criteria and affordability calculations of the lenders.
Administering Mortgage Agreements in Principle / Decisions in Principle and full mortgage applications and providing a quick and efficient Mortgage Offer is my key responsibility and goal.
I have worked in the industry for the last 6 years and am fully equipped and experiences to provide our clients with the best service available.
Personal interests
I am very family orientated, when not working, I am most probably spending time with my niece and nephews. I enjoy going on dates with my boyfriend and socialising with friends.
I do not generally have time to do much else.
Viv Sizer
Operations Manager
My name is Viv and I have been working for My Mortgage & Protection Experts for the last 7 years.
I joined the Company as a Call Centre Operator and have recently been promoted to Operations Manager. I find my new role within the Company enjoyable and rewarding, being able to assist clients and colleagues to obtain the best results moving forward daily. This includes making sure that as a Company we offer the best service possible to our clients now and in the future.
I am likely to be one of the first people you will speak to going through the process of your application and will do all I can to make sure that you are confident, reassured and fully understand the process of a mortgage commitment as it will probably be the biggest financial commitment you will make.
In my previous employment in the emergency services for 20 years, I gained a vast amount of experience learning that we all come from different backgrounds and differing situations in life. However, the most important lesson learnt was that no matter how many times you as an individual deal with an issue, others/your clients may be approaching the situation for the first time.
Therefore, treating everybody as an individual, listening to their side and making them your top priority is vitally important. Treating others as you would want to be treated, showing them support, knowledge, kindness and reassurance always.

I have been working in the mortgage industry for the past 25 years having started as a receptionist working for a mortgage packager and moving onto various roles within the mortgage industry including as an underwriter for various lenders and most recently as a mortgage paraplanner for a mortgage broker. I have a full understanding of the mortgage process from start to finish seeing mortgages through to completion.
I am fully CeMAP qualified and have been delighted to have recently joined the team at My Mortgage & Protection Experts as a Mortgage Advisor/Mortgage Paraplanner.
I pride myself in the service I provide as I believe this is the key to excellent customer service ensuring all clients receive the smoothest mortgage journey possible.
In my spare time, I like to spend quality time with my family, I enjoy cooking. I also speak Punjabi.
Raeez Jassat
Life Assurance/Protection Adviser -Protection Para-Planner
As a vibrant and energetic South African who has moved to the UK in recent years, I am proud to be a member of this dynamic MMPE team as a Protection Paraplanner! I have been a part of the financial services industry for 14 years now, almost a decade of which was spent as a highly qualified and experienced Senior Financial Planner in South Africa, receiving numerous awards and accolades as a Financial Adviser. This included being awarded Gold Prestige Financial Adviser status by Discovery Vitality – the owner and creator of the Vitality UK product.
It is an honour and privilege to improve clients’ lives by establishing and growing their portfolios and I am privileged to be part of the Protection process here with MMPE.
Personal Interests
I enjoy keeping fit and healthy; the gym, martial arts, running and football are fond and regular activities of mine. I am a dedicated family man, and I love spending time with my wife and our young son, discovering the great British outdoors, and seeking out our next adventure! I am also proud to assist with coaching at the Oadby Owls Football club that my son attends, and has become a great passion for our entire family.
Brian Moran (Boudica)

Brian is a CeMap qualified mortgage broker. Core duties are with clients to understand their individual mortgage requirements. Researching the most appropriate schemes to suit you and provide personalised research that will meet individual requirements.
Personal interests
Brian has worked in the property industry for over two decades, from selling houses, to running estate agencies, to working with solicitors. He has extensive knowledge of the property and mortgage sector. Brian is well equipped to help you not just with your mortgage, but with your journey. Brian is married with two children and values the importance of making sure all my clients get the best advice to protect you, your loved ones and your future.
Brian enjoys running and golf, where for years he has tried and failed to get to a single figure handicap. To get there even once is still a personal ambition but I have more chance of running a marathon in under two hours!
Rebecca Doyle
Trainee Mortgage Administrator
Rebecca joined the team in September 2019 straight from Samuel Whitbread Academy as a trainee administrator working directly for our Mortgage Team. She has since qualified with distinction as Business Administrator (LEVEL THREE) from Bedford College. We are so proud of her achievements especially through the present climate that we find ourselves in and feel that in no doubt she will be a valuable asset to us here at BOUDICA. Becca says: “I just enjoy being part of the team and also being allowed to express myself as a valuable part of the Boudica team”.
Personal interests
I attended music college after leaving school studying Music Performance. I still have a keen interest in singing but decided on a more academic direction and switched courses to Business Administration which I passed with a distinction in early 2021.
I just love being part of a professional and supportive team of people who believe in me and give me the room to learn and grow as a person.
Charlotte Stevens
Mortgage Adviser
I have worked in the financial industry for the last 12 years starting in retail banking and moving into an independent mortgage brokerage environment.
I am fully CeMAP qualified and have joined the team at My Mortgage & Protection Experts as a Mortgage Advisor. My key responsibilities within MMPE will be to assist exiting clients when their products are due to expire, helping with advice on remortgaging and lender product transfers. The aim always being to ensure that we are advising on the most suitable products to meet client requirements and save our clients as much money as possible when reviewing their options.
Personal interests
I have two daughters who keep me very busy with dancing and plenty of arts and crafts.
When I’m not with family I enjoy going to yoga and meeting friends for coffee.
